Coming off of a big spring with Wamego, OF Kaden Kearn (2025), impressed our staff on both sides of the ball, coming away as one of the biggest winners from Tuesday’s event. Packed with athleticism in a 5-foot-11, 167-pound frame, Kearn found himself among the event leaders in nearly every statistical category, including 60 time (6.63 seconds) and vertical jump (30.5”). In the outfield, the senior was second among all participants with a 86 mph peak velocity while covering ground with ease. Where Kearn impressed the most was at the plate where his quick, (22.2 mph average hand speed and 72.5 mph average bat speed) inside-out swing consistently barreled balls from gap to gap. He sent his best barrel 350 feet at a 96.6 mph exit velocity while posting a strong average of 90.9 mph.
