6-foot, 195-pound LHP (2020, St. Xavier HS) showed an uptick in velocity at the Preseason All-State Showcase with an 85-88/89 mph fastball with a quick/athletic arm. Waldridge worked his CB at 66-71 with 1/7 action, and his 74 mph slider showed late break. He mixed in a 71-74 mph CH during his bullpen session. Waldridge is one of the top LHP's available in the 2020 class.

6-foot, 175-pound lefty impressed with arm speed. Works mostly over the top that produces some downward angle on fastball, shows ability to throw curveball for strikes with 1/7 action, changeup has some cut to it and tends to slow arm some, cutter flashed some late break. Waldridge has emerged as one of the top LHP's in the 2020 class.

LHH uses a leg kick to trigger an aggressive swing. Swing path creates some left and shows flashes of power, especially to the pull side. Ball jumps off the barrel when squared. Runs well and moves fluidly in the outfield, good arm strength produces carry on throws.
