Right-handed pitcher with a medium, arm action, into a high-3/4 release and effort in delivery. Smooth rhythm, creating deception in delivery closing off the plate, slight uphill shoulders, in-line direction, lands square and finishes slightly off to first base side. Pitched 85-87 mph with late life and heaviness to his fastball also commanding it in the zone. Breaking ball showed tight spin, depth, and late 11/5-shape at 66-70 mph. Flashed changeup with slight fade action and near fastball arm speed at 72-73 mph while slider was thrown at 72-74 mph. Right-handed hitter hits from a balanced, athletic setup, works backwards in load with simple leg lift load and short stride. Gap-to-gap approach with level path, strength at contact and bat speed that produced exit velocity of 89 mph. Solid defender with stiffness in setup, soft hands, fundamental footwork, and quick, clean exchanges. Short arm action into high-3/4 release with accuracy on throws that produced a positional velocity of 80 mph from crouched position and pop times ranging 2.05-2.15 seconds (78 mph infield velocity).
