6/18/13 One of the highest rated players in the state.  Committed to Michigan State.  Right-hander with some upside.  Slighter frame overall but athletic 6-foot-2, 170-pounds.  Arm is long and loose.  Wraps a bit on backside. Sat 86-87mph with his fastball. Sweeping breaking ball with swing and miss potential. Will add velocity as time goes on.  
Gonzalez is one of the premier arms in the Class of 2014 in Michigan.  His long loose whop-like arm action creates good velocity that will reach the low 90's.
