6.18.13 Plenty of room for weight and strength gains at 5-foot-10 168 pounds.  Quiet, balanced approach, quick to and through zone.  Line drive, gap to gap type hitter.  Solid defender w/proper rotation, online carry and accuracy. Took good routes to the baseball. Fastball sat 83-84 but has been high for us in the past.  Has some run when down and his curveball was 62-63 with shape and depth.

2.23.13 Lukaschewski is a strong athletic 5-foot-10, 168-pound OF/RHP.  Lukaschewski has made a big jump since last summer.  On the mound he sat 82 last summer but on this day he was 84-86 mph touch an 87mph.  Fastballs were down in the zone.  Needs to work on refining his command.  Arm is high 3/4 slot and quick. Some effort in the delivery but everything is in line.  His breaking ball has a 10/4 action and is more of a slider (73-74mph). His change was 76-79mph and a bit erratic.  Also throws a split (76mph).

In the outfield, shows long arm action.  Liked his feet and his exchange.  He was quick and clean.  Throws had good carry and 4-seam action (84mph). At the plate he was very athletic. Has fast hands that work really well. Lower half explodes to the baseball.  85mph exit velocity. Lukaschewski is a really nice ball player. He should get plenty of attention.

Also plays at a high level during the summer and spring. A two-time state champion.
