6-foot-4, 175 pound long wiry prospect has long legs, and wide shoulders. Has a mound presence and composure on the mound. Works at a moderate pace moving to his balance point exploding with a long loose arm action. Able to create good arm whip. Fastball was low in the zone working both corners 89-90 mph. Sharp late breaking curve with an 11/5 shape 76-78 mph. Flashed a fading change up 80-83 mph.

Sultzbach has a projectable 6-foot-4, 170-pound build. He stands with high hands and showed good bat speed with an uphill plane to his swing. His exit velocity was 75 mph and he ran a 4.78 home-to-1st. In the outfield, he worked through the ball and used his lower half well with his throws. His position velocity was 84 mph. On the mound, he throws from a high-3/4 arm slot and has a long, loose arm action with quick arm speed. His fastball sat 81-85 mph with sink. His slider had tight 10/4 break to it and sat 68-70 mph. He stayed inline with his stride and had a quick lower half with his delivery.
