5-foot-9, 170 pound prospect may have had the best set of hands at the Future Games. Smooth and fast hands up the middle gobbled everything hit his way. Showed good range in game play taking away a few hits in the hole as well as a quick release in the field. At the plate tends to use a longer swing but has power potential working the middle and pull side primarily.

5-foot-9, 170 pound middle infield prospect. At the plate has a slight knee bend from a wide stance with elevated hands. Moves his hands back and strides swinging with a slightly long swing. Made good contact during the BP session. In the field is where he excels with plus instincts and quick hands. Makes all plays look routine moving well through the ball.

Gutierrez has a 5-foot-8, 160-pound frame with strong legs. Hits from a balance compact stance uses a small leg trigger to load making solid contact while keeping his hands inside the baseball. His exit velocity was 79 mph and he ran a 7.79 60-yard dash. On the infield, he shows smooth actions with good, quick hands and fields through the baseball. His infield velocity was 73 mph.
5-foot-8, 155 pound prospect. Younger brother of 2013 top prospect Hector Gutierrez. Displays an advanced feel for the game along with great instincts in the middle infield. Has soft hands and fluid footwork. Line drive hitter with an up the middle approach.
