8.9.13 One of the best outfielders left in the state of Michigan.  6.9 Runner.  Pull power and gap power to the opposite field.  At Unsigned Senior Games he was 87mph from the outfield.  And had an inside the park homerun as well as another two hits.  From first to third he is one of the best runners in his class.

6.18.13 Devin has an athletic build at 6-foot, 180 pounds. Line drive hitter w/quick hands and quick to extension.  Tick below avg. runner but better underway and has instincts enough to snag some bags.  Alert defender, enough arm now at 79-82 with more in the tank.  Takes proper angles, gets good jumps and gets to balls quickly. Overall Rose performed well at Top Prospect Games.

2.23.13 Rose has steadily made a name for himself.  He is a solid runner (7.03) and has good tools in the outfield.  He has a certain bounce in his step and natural instincts.  Rose showed a strong arm (87mph) and was accurate keeping the ball down and on line.  At the plate he has a tendency to wrap a bit but overall he showed his athleticism and fast hands, with gap-to-gap power.
