6-foot, 155-pound frame. The lefty uses a high leg kick with good tempo in his delivery. With max effort and a good stride length to get everything out of his ability, Cook's fastball sat 76-81 with a breaking ball at 68-71.

6-foot, 150-pound left-handed prospect. Cook is an athletic left-handed pitcher with fast twitch actions and an aggressive arm. He throws from a high 3/4 arm slot. Ball travels across his body, creating some deception. Fastball was 79-82 with arm side run and breaking ball had sweeping type action at 68-70 mph. Cook has a quality 2 pitch mix that is tough on left-handed hitters.
