8/8/15 6-foot, 180-pound athletically built, two-way player. Hits from a crouched stance, small load and hits the ball hard. 88 mph exit velocity. Clean actions in the outfield throwing 87 mph. On the mound easy motion with good arm whip thrown over the top. 84-85 mph fastball that explodes out of his hand, tight spinning 11/5 curve 73-74 mph and deceptive 77-79 mph change up.
6/24/14 6-foot, 180 pound quick twitch two-way prospect. Gets downhill well on the mound using his lower half. Fastball sat 80-82 mph, curveball has hard late break at 76-77 mph. Plus feel for hands and footwork in outfield, great carry in arm at 86 mph. Quick hands with good separation at the plate. Bat speed at 82 mph.
7.2.13 Kenny was impressive at the West Michigan Open ID. He came in completely unknown and left garnering Top Prospect honors. The 5-foot-10, 165-pound Kenny worked out both in the outfield and on the mound. Kenny ran a 7.19 to start the day and threw an explosive 87mph from the OF. The ball carried well and was online. At the plate he muscled the ball a bit and works uphill looking to lift. His best upside is on the mound. Kenny displayed an easy 83-84mph fastball and touched 85mph. For his age, he showed an advanced breaking ball with tight spin. It had downer action and swing-and-miss potential (74-75mph). He also showed good feel for a change at 79mph.
