Delivering missile after missile during BP, Mansfield was consistently on the barrel throughout his round (100% hard hit), peppering baseballs 100+ mph throughout the round. His hardest hit ball of the day was blasted at 105.1 mph with a max batted distance of 407’. Mansfield’s bat speed was well above average at 77.6 mph (avg.) and 83.9 mph (max). From the outfield, he showed a strong arm with his hardest bullet at 85 mph on his throws to home.

Pitching: On the mound goes right at hitters with an aggressive demeanor on the bump. Powers the ball down in the zone with a heavy feel to his fastball. Hides the ball well and fills up the zone with strikes. Showed a two pitch mix showing the curve keeping hitters off balance.
Hitting: At the plate has some power that he was able to translate during game play. Hard contact during the game smashing a double to the CF wall.
