2022 MLB Draft League: Fruit racked up more strikeouts than any other Draft League pitcher, punching out 36 in 22 innings (14.7 K/9) compared to seven walks. He has the two requisite pitches to become a good pro reliever, pairing a 92-95 T96 FB (39% Whiff%) with an upper-70s slider (32% Whiff%).

Cape Cod- Made 12 appearances and one start. The start was on July 27 against Bourne when he went 2.2 IP with three strikeouts. The 6-foot-4 righthander landed across his body, while working from a high three-quarter release point. This created a good angle for his 90-91 mph fastball and sweep to a 77-79 slider.

Six-foot-3, 185 pound prospect has a long projectable frame, with long legs and wide shoulders. On the mound takes a step, moving to his balance point, throwing from a high 3/4 arm angle. Ball easily comes out his hand with good arm side run. Fastball sat 82-85 mph while working the low in the strike zone. Curve has good bite at a 11/5 angle sitting 72-74 mph.

6-foot-3, 171 pound long projectable prospect. On the mound works at a moderate pace stepping left, lowering his hands moving into his waist high leg lift. Sits well on his back leg throwing from a from a high 3/4 arm angle with a long action. Fastball sat 83-85 mph working low in the zone. Sharp breaking 68-70 mph curve with an 11/5 break and 66 mph change up.
