'20 Davis Grismer who started in CF for Pine Tar. A projectable frame that looks to still be growing. One of the top performers on Showcase Day. Arm has carry from OF and has a developing bat that is a follow into Spring.
6-foot-3, 160-pound right-handed hitting catcher. 7.39 runner. Closed stance with some weight back. Longer frame and levers. Rising load with small stride and hand load into arm bar. Upper body spins and creates pull swing. Groundball and line drive contact with weak barrel. 84 mph exit velocity. C- Balanced set up. Average glove that receives well in zone and struggles on glove side corner. Above average blocking. Average transfer with good feet and direction. 2.19-2.46 pop times. 73 mph arm strength with ok carry and good accuracy.
