Esker has a lean build and is a projectable 6-foot-3, 180-pound left-handed pitcher in Missouri’s 2021 class. Esker has a compact delivery, high leg lift, delivery has some rhythm to it, slight cross fire with stride and higher glove side to add further deception, works downhill with some effort, loose arm action, three-quarter release. Fastball sits 80-82 mph, tops at 83 mph, arm side run, thrown for a strikes, showed good feel for his changeup, 70-71 mph, arm side run, near fastball arm speed, thrown for a high percentage of strikes, split finger is 69-70 mph, some fading action, curveball is 70-71 mph, mostly gradual action.
