At the plate, balanced set up, short in line stride, minimal load, no wasted movement, level path through the zone, middle of the field contact during batting practice. Behind the plate, 2.29 to 2.58 pop times, 68 mph positional velo, high three quarters release, thin base in set up, fluid transfer and throw, feet creates momentum. In the outfield, 73 mph positional velo, loose high three quarters release, crow hop, fluid transfer, mostly accurate throws.
