2/15/16 - Williams is a 6-foot-3 195-pound right-handed hitting outfielder and right-handed pitcher in Missouri’s 2017 class.  He ran a 4.09 home to first, one of the top RHH times of the event, and has an exit velo of 89 mph, one of the top RHH exit velos for the event. At the plate, open stance, smooth rhythm into stride, quick and loose hands, gap-to-gap approach, solid consistent contact. In the outfield, high three quarters release, quick hand-to-glove exchange, athletic actions, throws have back spin at 86 mph, one of the top velos for the event. On the mound, high three quarters arm slot, repeats well, high percentage of strikes, stays inline and under control as he gets down mound, touched 87 mph, one of top RHP velos for the event, worked 84-85 mph, late run, high three quarters release, has depth on breaking ball with 11-to-5 action, 62-64 mph, change up at 71-73 mph. Showing velo increase since last event, upward trend.

8/9/15 - Williams is a 6-foot-3 180-pound right-handed hitting outfielder and right-handed pitcher in the 2017 class.  Williams ran a 7.14 60 and has an 83 mph exit velo. Open stance, minimal load, level path, power in pull gap, stays on ball after contact.  In the outfield, 82 mph positional velo, high three quarters release, quick catch and throw, fluid footwork, accurate throws. On the mound, delivery has rhythm and flow, over the top release, in line stride, quick arm speed, lands in athletic position, downhill plane, fastball at 79-81 mph, touching 83 mph once, late run to fastball, curveball has 12-to-6 action, late movement, change-up at 71-73 mph, near fastball arm speed.Build is tall and lean with projection.
7/22/15 - Williams is a 6-foot-3 180-pound right-handed hitting outfielder and right-handed pitcher.  At the plate, starts with open stance, short stride to square, gap-to-gap approach, signs of power the other way, loose hands, level to extension, 87 mph exit velo, one of the top exit velos for the event. During defensive evaluations, Williams has a positional velo of 84 mph, one of the best outfield velos for the event, mostly accurate throws, over the top release, works through the catch, clean exchange.  On the mound, good body control during delivery, repeats release, throws strikes, 79-83 mph fastball velo, one of the top velos for the event, some with run, 11-to-5 breaking ball, 63-65, good command of of change-up, down in zone, 67-72 mph.
