One of the most impressive players of the showcase, the athletic-bodied 6-foot-2, 200-pound Munson has the projectability to be one of the top players in Missouri as his career progresses. Primarily an outfielder, Munson recorded the top velocity of the day off the mound, displaying a heavy 88 mph fastball with smooth mechanics and a live arm. Munson also threw a sharp, late moving breaking ball (76-78) with good depth. In the outfield, Munson showed athletic movements to the ball and a strong, accurate arm at 89 mph. At the plate, the right handed hitting Munson used a short, compact, level swing to drive the ball with power, showing above average opposite field power.
