At the plate, balanced set up, smooth load to back side, short in line stride, accelerates hands with loose barrel whip, occasional power, repeats swing.  On the infield, high three quarters arm slot, clean exchange, gains ground with feet after the catch, smooth footwork to the ball, mostly accurate throws.

2/10/18 - Goss is a long and lean 6-foot-1 175-pound right-handed hitting third baseman and right-handed pitcher in Missouri’s 2020 class.  He ran a 8.00 60 and has an 83 mph exit velocity.  At the plate, balanced set up, smooth weight shift into back leg, minimal hand load, short in line stride, aggressive bat speed, slight lift to bat path, loose hands, gap to gap line drives.  On the infield, 75 mph positional velocity, high three quarters arm slot, gains ground after the catch with feet, fluid actions to the ball, mostly accurate throws. On the mound, Goss has a high ceiling with long limbs and loose arm action, plenty of room to add strength on frame, arm works from high three three quarters arm slot, athletic and repeatable delivery, throws with regular effort, clean delivery, fastball at mostly 79-81 mph, sharp and late 11-to-5 breaking ball, 63-64 mph, controllable change up at 73-75 mph, throws with near fastball arm speed and flashes arm side run.
