2/16/18 - Arbuckle is a 5-foot-11 190-pound left-handed hitting outfielder and left-handed pitcher in Missouri’s 2019 class. Arbuckle ran a 4.17 home to first and has an 85 mph exit velocity. At the plate, at the plate, open stance, short in line stride, minimal hand load, quick bat speed, pull side contact with power.  In the outfield, over the top release, maintaining momentum through the catch, quick exchange, aggressive actions, 81 mph positional velocity. On the mound, Arbuckle comes from an over the top release, throws with regular effort and repeatable delivery, showed the ability to locate fastball at 73-75 mph, 12-to-6 breaking ball at 65-66 mph, sharp and late action, down in the zone, throws on same plane as fastball, change up at 68-71 mph, slight late sink, throws with near fastball arm speed.

6/13/17 - Arbuckle is a 5-foot-11 185-pound left-handed hitting outfielder and left-handed pitchers in Missouri’s 2019 class.  He ran a 7.23 laser timed 60 and a 4.33 home to first.  He has an 82 mph exit velo. At the plate, starts with wide base, high hands, short stride, swing produces mostly pull side line drives, showed ability to hit to other gap.  In the outfield, 74 mph positional velo, high three quarters arm slot, quick to the ball, quick transfer, works through the catch.  In game action, doubled to right and singled to right-center, sharp ground out to shortstop. On the mound, Arbuckle has a projectable frame with an over the top release point, in line stride, short arm circle, controlled delivery, fastball worked 67-69 mph, some with late sinking action, breaking ball at 61-63 mph, rolling 12-to-6 action, worked corners of the plate and forced contact in game action.
