Lean, athletic 6-foot-1, 190-pound build with wiry strength. Ranked inside the top-50 prospects in Missouri’s 2022 high school class and was the catalyst for a Parkway Central team that made it to the 5A state playoffs this past spring. Figures to be a top-of-the-lineup type bat, generates consistent line drive contact from a short, direct right-handed swing with clear rotational athleticism. Floats around the outfield with nimble feet, covers ground and breaks down in rhythm. Should factor into the Vikings’ offense in his first season. 

Joe Siervo: SS/OF, (2022) Parkway Central, MO. 6-foot, 170-pound lean frame. During batting practice, Siervo had an exit velocity of 89 mph, showing his ability to drive the ball with power. Began in a tall open stance with a compact load, then used a long stride to start his swing. Bat speed is above average, has flat swing plane and level finish. Found multiple barrels with some loud contact. Gap to gap approach. Above average while in the infield, made throws up to 83 mph; has athletic feet, a fluid exchange and soft hands. Showed consistent accuracy to the bag with a short arm action and an-over-the-top slot. Hard nosed player. Clocked a time of 7.12 in the 60-yard dash.

During hitting evaluations, Siervo starts in an upright and open stance, leg lift into load position, in line stride, rhythm with hands, level bat path, repeatable swing, showed pull contact during round. Defensively, Siervo has fluid footwork, moves well laterally, clean transfers, long arm action, high three-quarter release, positional velo of 78 mph, accurate throws.
