Positional Profile: OF/LHP

Body: 5-foot-11, 170-pound athletic frame with room for added strength and size in the future.

Hit: LHH.  At the plate starts with an open stance and crouched posture.  Hands work tight to the body with a high back elbow.  Leg kick stride with good separation of the hands.  Linear weight shift into a firm front leg.  Slight lean back at contact.  Rotational path with the hands with a slight uphill bat path.  Strong top hand finish through the zone.  Likes to work the ball up in the air.

Power: 85 mph exit velocity off the tee and 88 mph exit velocity in BP.

Arm: LH.  OF-84 MPH.  Over the top arm slot with a clean arm action and strong pull down on the release.

Defense: In the outfield attacks the ball with short and choppy steps.  Works behind the ball well on fly balls and transfers out of the glove in rhythm.  Fields the ball on the outside of the glove side leg with a firm glove.  Shuffle style crow hop with good hand speed.

Run: 7.19 runner in the 60.

Delivery: On the mound works exclusively out of the stretch position.  Works to a short balance point with quick tempo.  Hands set at the back shoulder with ball working straight back out of the glove.  Rocks back into a stiff front leg with good push off the rubber down to a firm plant leg.  Works from the center of the rubber and strides directionally down the center of the mound.  Max effort in the delivery.

Arm Action: High ¾ arm slot with a short arm action and good hand speed.

FB: 82-83 mph, arm side run with good tilting action at the bottom of the zone.

SL: 70-72 mph, tight spin with late depth and good east/west action.

CB: 71-73 mph, 12/6 shape with good depth and the ability to land it in the zone.

CH: 71-76 mph, heavy arm side fade with good depth.

Kade Biellier: OF/LHP, (2022) Willard, MO. 5-foot-11, 170-pound. At the plate, Biellier showed his power in the box with a strong exit velocity of 94 mph. His best position velocity in the outfield was registered at 85 mph. Clocked a 60 time of 7.19 at the event. On the mound, threw his fastball 77-79 mph. Curveball (62-65 mph), slider (75-75 mph).

Body: 5-foot-11, 165-pounds. Strong, muscular build.
Defense: Athletic fielding position, fluid outfield actions, quick feet.
Arm: LH.  OF - 87 mph. Long arm action, high 3/4 slot; strong arm.
Hit: LHH. Balanced setup, smooth load, toe-tap trigger to short stride, hands remain in strong hitting position.  Present bat speed, short, uphill path to the baseball, aggressive swing.
Power: 90 mph exit velocity from the tee. Consistently makes hard contact, present raw power.
Run: 7.50 runner in the 60. 

Delivery: Feet start narrow towards third base side of rubber, deceptive drop/drive type delivery, level shoulders, lands closed, athletic finish, throws with some effort. 
Arm Action: LH. Short arm action, high 3/4 slot; quick draw.
FB: T81, 78-80 mph. Flashed arm-side run, strikes to both sides of the plate.
CB: 63-67 mph. 12/6 shape, gradual action, feel to spin.
CH: 69-73 mph. Thrown with slightly decelerated arm action, flashed arm-side run, strikes.

10/28/18 - Biellier is a 5-foot-9 145-pound left-handed hitting outfielder and left-handed pitcher in Missouri’s 2022 class.  He ran a 7.70 60 and a 4.40 home to first.  He has a 78 mph exit velocity. At the plate, starts with an open stance, smooth load with toe tap to in line stride, level path, middle to pull side contact during hitting evals.  In the outfield, 79 mph positional velocity, athletic actions, high three quarters arm slot, controlled momentum through the catch with clean exchange, mostly accurate throws. On the mound, Biellier works from a high three quarters arm slot, hands remain high during leg lift, in line stride good direction with momentum, fastball at 73-76 mph, occasional arm side run, breaking ball has 1-to-7 shape, sharp at times, 60-63 mph, change up works to the arm side, 61-64 mph, throws with near fastball arm speed.  

10/13/18 - 5-foot-9, 150-pound, wiry, left-handed pitcher. Smooth, controlled drop and drive delivery, works on-line and front toe lands slightly open. Some length in arm action out of the glove, comes out of a high ¾ slot. Fastball, works straight, occasional tilt and pitched at the bottom of the zone, sat 76-78 mph. Curveball sharp action, down in the zone at times, 1/7 shape, 64-65 mph. Changeup, feel, pitched down in the zone, sat at 69 mph.
