Positional Profile: RHP/3B
Body: Athletic 6-foot, 170-pound build with room to add strength.
Hit: RHH. At the plate starts with a balanced, square stance with some rhythm in his hands. Small leg lift load and short stride into a level swing through the zone. Consistent line-drive contact, spraying the ball to all fields.
Power: 78 mph exit velocity off the tee and 88 mph exit velocity in BP.
Arm: RH. INF - 73 mph. Long ¾ arm action with some accuracy. Shows ability to throw from multiple arm-slots and on the run.
Defense: In the infield, attacks the ball with adequate footwork and average hands. Funnels ball into his body with developing exchanges and release.
Run: 7.45 runner in the 60.
Delivery: On the mound uses a slow tempo delivery with a repeatable hand break and medium balance point. Uses his lower half to drive down the mound, landing square to home with an upright finish.
Arm Action: RH. Long high ¾ arm action with some effort in release.
FB: T81 75-80 mph, straight action with slight tilt for strikes.
CB: 67-70 mph, small 11/5 shape with developing spin around the zone.
CH: 72-73 mph, fade action thrown with good arm speed.
Positional Profile: RHP/3B
Body: 6-foot, 180-pound lean and athletic frame.
Hit: RHH. At the plate shows a slightly open stance and upright set up. Simple rhythm with a standard stride and quiet hands. Bat angle is flat to start and works it level through the zone. Line drive approach and does a good job of using the entire field. Good balance throughout the swing.
Power: 80 mph exit velocity from the tee.
Arm: RH. INF-86 mph. High ¾ arm slot with the ability to change arm angles when moving to both glove and back hand side.
Defense: In the infield shows direct aggressive routes to the ball. Field the ball out in front of the body. Glove action and quickness of exchanges are developing.
Run: 4.46 runner from home to first.
Delivery: Slow tempo start to the delivery that picks up pace after hand break. Mid-height balance point and does a good job of driving off the back leg. Works down the mound towards the target and finishes with good balance.
Arm Action: High ¾ arm slot with smooth/long arm action.
FB: 79-80 mph, mostly straight action with good tilt.
CB: 63-67 mph, short/early break with developing spin.
SL: 70 mph, 9/3 shape with cutting action.
CH: 73 mph, good fading action with good hand speed.
