Pearl River CC Commit, 6-foot-2, 205-pound strong athletic frame. Above average at the plate, the left-handed hitter's 99 mph exit velocity ranks him 2nd at the event. (67.09 mph bat speed average). (18.30 mph hand speed average). Begins in a tall stance with a slow controlled load, then uses a short leg kick. Has an upward swing plane, explosive bat speed and high finish. He barreled up multiple balls with a lot of loud contact. Gap to gap aggressive approach. Above average in the outfield, he showed the ability to make throws to the bases at 85 mph; has soft consistent hands, a clean natural exchange, and smooth rhythmic feet. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic. Showed consistent accuracy to the bag with a long arm action and a high ¾ slot. Recorded a time of 7.19 in the 60-yard dash. Solid on the mound, showed quick arm speed, he had a long arm action with low ¾ arm angle. Drop-and-drive type pitcher who uses decent effort. Has uphill shoulder with an athletic balance point. From the outfield, he displayed a position velocity of 81 mph; has a clean exchange and smooth footwork. Has a high ¾ slot. Recorded a time of 7.3 in the 60-yard dash. 10/20/18 - Currently stands at 6-foot, 170 pounds with long limbs and a projectable frame. Threw out of the high ¾ slot featuring a fastball that sat 78-81 mph, touching 82 with some life and working down in the zone. Mixed in a 62-63 mph curveball with depth.
