1/28/18 Medium 5-foot-9, 180-pound frame. Right-handed hitter starting from a tall, slightly open setup with loose rhythm in hands. Works back into load with subtle leg lift load, short stride landing and balanced throughout. Short, rotational path creating left-center field contact and bat speed that produced an exit velocity of 82 mph. Infielder worked into athletic fielding position with aggressive footwork, and receptive hands. Working into short, high-¾ release, posting a positional velocity of 75 mph. Ran 7.43 60-yard dash. Right-handed pitcher working from a high-¾ release, with solid balance, quick rhythm and easy effort in delivery. Slightly high front-side working down mound with in-line direction, and finishes athletically slightly off to the first base side. Fastball sat 78-79 mph with mostly straight action, showing ability to command for strike. Breaking ball showed gradual 11/5-shape and spin at 67-71 mph and change was thrown at 73-75 mph. Also flashed a changeup that was thrown at 73 mph.
