8-15-2018:�Six-foot-three, 225 pounds with a developed, physically mature frame. James made a quality appearance out of the pen when I was in attendance and then gave Aaron Fitt a similar look a few days later during a spot start. In both instances, he showed control of a 90-93 mph fastball and paired it with a quality curveball at 76-79. Given his durable frame and clean actions, James could be in the mix to see a larger role for Mississippi State in 2019. (D Jurik)
