Makes for very uncomfortable AB's. SL is his best pitch and will throw at any time. Obvious success against LHH because of the arm slot. SL worked away from barrels and wasn't afraid to pound the FB in. Success against RHH when working the outside corner. Would wrap the SL around the corner and is somewhat unhittable. Threw back foot as well. The FB plays on the corners. Left over the plate and got driven in the gap for a double. Otherwise clean outing.

The Citadel commit has a strong, mature build, towering on the mound. Long limbs worked to a high-3/4 slot. Arm worked with more strength than quickness, fastball ranging 83-85 early. Velocity dipped to 78-81 out of the stretch. Showed a feel for his change-up at 74-76, getting swing and miss when located down in the zone. Stuff was elevated throughout the outing. Extension can be improved as the body works with better direction
