5-foot-10, 174 pound two way player ran a 7.00 60 yard sprint. Square stance, short stride triggers compact line drive swing. Middle/pull approach. Posted an 86 mph exit velocity off a tee. Athletic actions in the outfield, topped out at 80 mph to the catcher. On the mound, topped out at 76 mph with his fastball. Pie arm action, clean front side, some stiffness on front leg. Tumbling action on knuckle ball, showed feel for the zone. Little feel at this time for a change up, mostly left arm side.
8/13/17- 5-foot-6, 165 pound outfielder ran a 7.44 60 yard sprint. Wide square stance, simple movements, linear swing plane. Hard line drive contact to the middle of the field. Posted an exit velocity of 79 mph off a tee. Clean actions in the outfield, works through the ball, quick transfers. Topped out at 78 mph to the catcher.
