2018 PBR Future Games- 6’3, 190lbs RHP filled the zone early with a FB that sat consistent at 87-88, occasionally hitting an 89. Complimenting the FB was a BB with 11-5 tilt at 71-71 mph.
5/20/18- Nebraska Elite 50
6-foot-2, 175 pound two way player topped out at 87 mph on the mound. Ranked #4 in Nebraska 2020 rankings. Long athletic build. 85-87 mph fastball has a running and sinking actions from a mid ¾ slot. 65-67 mph breaking ball has 11/5 shape with depth. Repeats well, shows athleticism in delivery. Ran a 6.87 60 yard sprint. At the plate, short to contact, all fields approach, line drive/fly ball contact during round of BP. Posted an 88 mph exit velocity off a tee. Throws were online from the outfield topping out at 86 mph with carry.Went 1-4 at the plate during his plate appearances at the event. High follow prospect for the 2020 class on the mound.
5/21/17- 6-foot-2, 175 pound catcher ran a 7.57 60 yard sprint. Athletic tall frame. Tall open stance, wiggle in hands sets timing of swing, leg kick trigger, slightly uphill barrel path. Hard line drive contact, potential for power in future. All fields approach. Posted an exit velocity of 86 mph off a tee. Behind the plate threw to 2nd in the 1.97-2.18 range. Wide low stance, above average receiver, fundamentally sound. Did not pitch at the event due to throwing in the state finals two days prior. One of the Top five prospects currently in the 2020 class for Nebraska.
