Displayed fast twitch hitting actions. Defensively, Lapine displayed active footwork. Gets to the fielding position quickly. Gets rid of the baseball from a quick release from a mid ¾ arm slot. On the mound, Lapine displayed a repeatable delivery. Lapine worked with a two pitch mix in live game action. FB peaked at 80 MPH with late arm side run. CB has late downward action ranging from 68-69 MPH.

5-foot-11, 145-pound right-handed hitting middle infielder and pitcher. Ran a 4.19 home to fist at the workout. The glove and feet stay active throughout the fielding. The arm works well. Threw 78 mph. The bat has a tee exit velocity of 80 mph. The set up is even in base, front foot steps into the swing. The path is long and uphill at times. Needs to add physical strength to the frame. ON the mound, the fastball sat 81-82 mph, arm side run to the pitch. The spin pitch is 67-72 mph, good in shape at times. The changeup is a developing pitch for him. The delivery is online with the feet and 3/4 in slot. The arm is long, lanky and clean. The lift is repeated and athletic. Solid prospect at a young age.

Top exit velocity was 85 MPH. Defensively- Showed active footwork before attacking the baseball. Showed above average funnel actions. Has a smooth exchange to a quick release from a high ¾ arm slot. Moves well side to side. Top throwing velocity was 83 MPH. The 2021 graduate has some upside and is a must follow going forward.

Simple load and short stride towards the pitcher before attacking the hitting zone. Short compact swing, displayed hard contact during the hitting portion. Exit velocity was 80 MPH. Defensively- use active footwork during the infield portion. Gets himself in a good position when attacking the baseball. Above average exchange and quick release on throws across the diamond. Infield velocity was 77 MPH. Pitching- The right handed pitcher displayed good command of the strike zone. Repeatable delivery with tempo. Short stride to gain momentum downhill. Short, quick arm action. Balanced throughout the mechanics. Around the zone for all three pitches, FB (79 MPH), flashed a tight CB (61-62 MPH), and feel for a CH (68-71 MPH). The 2021 graduate has some room to grow. Added strength will help increase his measurables going forward.

Low effort hitting actions with quick, loose wrists. Projects to add more power with additional strength. Defensively – Balanced, controlled footwork at SS. Keeps upper body over ball while funneling into throws. Long arm action with low ¾ release point. Soft glove hand. Pitching – Simple, repeatable delivery with balanced throwing actions. Short stride. Glove side stays closed to target at landing. Front leg braces up to allow extension thru release. Could get more rotation from backside towards end of delivery. Low ¾ release with long arm action. Consistently found bottom of the zone with all offerings.
