Physical: 6-foot-0, 200 pounds; Solid, proportional build.
Pitching: Starts on the first base side of the rubber with a wide base, side steps into a rhythmic and repeatable motion. Uses a medium leg kick as he closes off to the hitter before striding directly towards the plate. Moderate take back with a high 3/4 arm slot. FB: T 87MPH, 84-87 MPH. High spin, plays up well in the zone with some ride. CB: 70-73 MPH. Slower, 11-5 break. SL: 76-78 MPH. A bit sharper, late breaking.
Physical: 6-foot-0, 200-pounds. Strong, durable frame.
Pitching Delivery: Steady tempo, builds momentum with leg lift getting the knee above the belt with slight turn, strides in line with target to a balanced repeatable finish.
Arm Action: Long arm swing with slight hesitation as hand comes up, 3/4 release.
FB: T84, 83-84 MPH. Commanded in the zone, downhill plane .
CB: 70-72 MPH. 11-5 shape with depth.
CH: 76-78 MPH. Maintains fastball arm speed with late fade.
A strong projectable build at 6-foot-0, 180 pounds. The RHP displayed a repeatable low effort delivery. Does a good job using his strong frame. Works off a high knee lift. Keeps the front side closed. Displayed good FB command which peaked at 84 MPH. Mixed in a CB with tight early spin ranging from 70-72 MPH. The 2021 graduate is a must follow.
