ENY ASG (September 15, 2018)
Physically mature frame at 6-foot-3, 200-pounds. Ran 7.88 in the 60 Yard Dash.  Offensively - Continues to show a slightly open, relaxed stance with balanced hitting actions. Consistently went gap-to-gap during his round of BP. Strong hands at the point of contact and full hip rotation as he finishes his swing. Exit Velocity was 84 MPH. Defensively - Uses a wide, athletic base when receiving the ball Feet stay active and keep him balanced when transitioning into throws. Uses a low 3/4 release point with loose arm action. Arm strength was 78 MPH. Pitching - Steady tempo and pace to his delivery. Effectively hides ball until it comes out of his low 3/4 release point. Slight cross-action on landing creates a tough angle for RHH. Clean arm action with slight stab on his backside after hand break. FB topped at 78 MPH and sat 76-77 MPH. Also showed tight breaking ball with slurve shape at 61-62 MPH.

Campus Series - Marist (July 17, 2018)
6-foot-2, 200-pounds. Big frame with wide upper body. Offensively - Slightly open, narrow stance with relaxed hands. Uses leg lift to get into forward stride and lands in wider, more athletic base. Swing gets on plane with the pitch quickly and stays level thru the zone. Should hit for more power as frame gets stronger. Exit velocity was 86 MPH. Defensively - Ideal size for corner INF. Balanced actions transitioning from fielding into his throws. Soft glove hand. Arm works quickly from ¾ slot. Arm strength was 80 MPH. Pitching - Mechanically sound delivery with consistent direction towards target. Stays balanced out of leg lift and into his landing. Arm action is compact, doesn’t get too long on his backside. Consistently finishes out over his front leg. FB shows late run at 78-79 MPH, topped at 80. Also features quality 12/6 CB at 62-63 MPH. Last offering is a CH at 70-71 MPH that shows depth and fade.

Preseason - East (February 22, 2018)
Athletic 6-foot-2 190 pound 3B/RHP who ran a 4.36 home-to-1B. Offensively- Feet slightly open; short up-down stride with minimal movement from the hands. Stays behind the ball well with balance; aggressive lower half and short swing path for player with his length. Extended, two-handed finish that allows him to drive both gaps. Exit velocity was 84 MPH. Defensively-  Active defender; hands can get underneath at times. Moves through the ball well and covers ground with long strides. 72 MPH across the diamond but has been up to 77 MPH in the past. Pitching- Glove side of the rubber setup; mid chest balance point with long arm action. Works through a 3/4 slot with and aggressive reach to the plate with his lower half. Velocity was down some from the past; sat 72-73 and touched 76. Big breaking ball at 57-60 MPH; change up at 64-65.
ENY All-Star Games (September 17, 2017)

Brennan, a right-handed hitting 3B/RHP, stands a physical 6-foot-2 190 pounds. Offensively- Slightly open stance with feet shoulder width apart. Weight slides forward pre-contact; aggressive lower half with some lift in his swing. Elevated two-handed finish with flyball/line drive results. Exit velocity was 85 MPH. Power potential is there. Defensively- Active feet; upright approach with a up to down glove path to the ball. Low arm slot with some carry, peaking at 76 MPH. Serviceable at 3B but may also project well at 1B or corner OF depending on foot speed. Pitching- Starts with feet close together on the rubber; quiet side step followed by a mid-chest balance point. Arm action is long with low 3/4 arm slot. Some cross fire exists due to his landing towards the 3B line. FB showed some late movement at 72-74 MPH, touching 75 MPH. Previously been up tot he upper 70's, peaking at 81 MPH. Curveball features sweeping action with some late depth at 62-63 MPH while the change was 66-67 MPH with down action.
Campus Series-Albany (July 18, 2017)
Brennan stands in at 6-foot-2, 189-pounds with a tall, strong athletic frame. Offensively- Righty sets up square to the pitcher with a narrow and open stance with his feet inside shoulder width. Shows a vertical body holding his bat in front of the back shoulder using little pre-pitch bat movement. On pitch, his trigger is a knee raise into a stride forward squaring up with the pitcher while his hands move back slightly to get into his hitting position. Utilizes good lower body rotation clearing his hips and getting whole body frame involved in the swing. Shows quick hands to the zone with an upward lift bat path throughout into a high two-handed finish. Tends to let the ball travel deep into the hitting zone before the barrel makes contact. Better timing with contact out over the hitting zone would improve numbers. Demonstrated potential line drive ability up the middle and to the pull side during batting practice round. Recorded an exit velocity of 79 MPH, 2 MPH shy of his previously best recorded mark of 81 MPH in February 2017. Defensively- Good approach and footwork towards the baseball. Fielding mechanics are clean with a quick funnel into the chest and appropriate transition into the throwing position. Has aggressive footwork towards intended target and made accurate throws with an appropriate infielder arm swing. Moves well left/right and in on the run. Recorded a positional arm velocity of 77 MPH, up 9 MPH from his posted 68 MPH in February 2017. Pitching- Sets up in the middle of the rubber with a long side step into a high leg raise above the hip crease. Breaks down well with good separation and loose arm action into a mid-¾ release. Utilizes his lower half well with good pull from the upper half and has a strong follow through getting himself into a good fielding position after release. Fastball range was 76-77 MPH and peaked at 81 MPH with little arm side run. Curveball was 62-63 MPH with sharp 1/7 action and a late break. Change up range was 60-61 MPH and needs more development to keep down in the zone. Features a plus curveball with potential to keep hitters off balance.
Winter Open (February 26, 2017)
Brennan stands in at 6-foot-2, 185-pounds with a tall and athletic frame. Ran a 8.03 – 60. Offensively- Righty sets up square to the pitcher with his feet just outside the shoulders. Shows a slight bend in the back knee with an upright torso with his hands held above the back shoulder using little pre-pitch bat movement. On pitch his trigger is a high knee raise into a stride forward while his hands move back into his hitting position. Has a good lower body rotation getting whole frame involved in the swing. Good hands through the hitting zone with a slight upward lift barrel action throughout into a high two handed finish. Tends to jump out to the ball and change his eye level. Will get better keeping eyes on the same level and with added strength development. Recorded an exit velocity of 81 MPH. Defensively- Good approach to the baseball with quick hands. Smooth fielding mechanics with a good funnel into the chest and transition to the throwing hand. Shows a quick release with an aggressive footwork towards the intended target. Moves well left/right and in on the run, frame and actions point to a 3B conversion down the road. Recorded a positional arm velocity of 68 MPH with more available as evidence by his pitching. Pitching- Sets up in the middle of the rubber with a simple side step and a high leg raise above the hip crease. Breaks down well on the back leg with good separation getting his arm in a good throwing position when his front foot strikes. Has a ¾ release point with a strong follow through. Fastball has arm side run and is consistent 74-76 MPH.  Curveball shows 12/6 spin and will get better with more development. Curve was consistent 57-59 MPH. Changeup has good arm side sink and will get better with more development to keep low. Changeup was consistent 63-64 MPH.
