Physical: 5-foot-10, 165 pounds; lean, wiry frame.
Pitching: Worked exclusively out of the stretch, engages his back side nicely to drive himself down the mound. Loose, whippy arm action from a 3/4 slot. Good hand speed through release. FB: Peak velo of 83 MPH, while sitting 81-83 MPH. Threw his FB nicely to his arm side with some ASR, average spin so it plays best at the bottom of the zone. CB: 68-69 MPH. Spun a quality CB with some depth and sharpness to it, great shape to the pitch. CH: 77-78 MPH. Displayed a CH with fantastic fade to the arm side, very valuable pitch for the future and has swing and miss potential.
Rangy, athletic frame at 5-foot-11 152 pounds with room for physical gains. Above average arm from the OF with a 6.88 60. Found the barrel on a few swings during BP, with the ball jumping off the bat. Intriguing player to follow.
