2.19.18
While there isn’t much left to project with Pasco, the outfielder is very athletic and has game-changing speed. Has run a 6.35-second 60 with a quick first step, as well as twitchy and fast strides. Swings it from the left side with a line-drive approach. Little engagement from lower half, hands work quickly through the zone, Pasco is able to swing through the pitch and lift it to his pull side. In the outfield, arm works cleanly from a lower ¾ arm slot and throws have some life, clocked at up to 78 mph. Overall, Pasco is a very interesting follow, the undersized 2018 classman plays within himself and has a great understanding of what he can do on the baseball field. He has plus-plus speed which should make him an intriguing sign for college coaches.
NY Games (June 25-27, 2017)
Speedy 5-foot-7, 135-pound outfielder, ran a 6.62/60. Offensively - active pre-pitch movement, out of a nearly upright stance, drops hands before bringing bat through strike zone, repeatable motion, stays middle of the field, full extension with an exit velocity of 78 MPH, further engagement of lower body will add to power. Defensively - agile footwork, takes economic lines to the ball, gathers body to create momentum, sure hands, smooth transfer, accurate arm at 78 MPH.

WNY Travel Workout (January 16, 2017)

Pasco checks in at 5-foot-7, 135 pounds. Ran a blistering 3.96 second time from home to first base. Offensively- Begins with a wide base and slightly open stance. Hands are just above shoulder height. Has a small toe tap stride. Hands drop before going forward. Hips are rotational during swing. Swing plane is uphill. Long extension through contact. Had an exit velocity of 77 MPH off of the tee. Defensively- Attacks ball on the ground. Fields inside framework of body. Takes a lot of steps to get momentum going on throw. Long arm action that comes through quickly. Had a throwing velocity of 77 MPH from the outfield.

Futures Games (July 2015)
Pasco, who resides just over the border in Niagara Falls (Ontario side) ran an eye popping 60 at 6.35. The left handed hitter showed the propensity of trying to get the ball on the ground the other way and other intangibles that any leadoff hitter should possess (deep counts, wasting tough pitches, swiping bags early in the count). Bat angle does produce some drag and will occasionally lead to some flyballs that will work against his best asset. Will need to continue to improve arm strength (72 MPH) by utilizing his crow hop better and lengthening his arm action to allow for some better carry.
