Athletic 6-foot-0, 160 pounds. Offensively- Slightly open stance with loose hands. Will keep the hands close to the body with a small load, and will crouch down when attacking the hitting zone. Displayed some pull side pop during the hitting portion with an exit velocity of 83 MPH. Defensively- Active footwork with soft hands. Stays low and square when attacking the ball. Low ¾ arm action across the diamond with a position velocity of 70 MPH. The 2020 graduate improved INF and Exit velocity from past events. The Inf will be someone to follow in the future.

St. Bonaventure (July 31, 2018)

Stands 5-foot-11, 160-pounds and ran a 4.61 home-to-first. Short setup in the box, hands loose on the pre-pitch, some slight incline to his path, some power potential, short finish, 79 mph exit velo off a tee. At SS he attacks the ball head on, ball gets deep into his stance. Throws from a high ¾ slot with 64 mph arm-strength. Additional strength to his overall body will help increase those numbers. 

Huff is a 5-foot-10 153 pound 2B/SS with an average build. He ran a 7.80 60 and a Home to 1st time of 5.16. Offensively - Sets up with an open stance and slight leg kick into his load. Crouches down towards his back leg and explodes from that position. Demonstrated good balance at the plate with a short, aggressive approach. Showed some pull side strength with the ability to use the entire field.  Exit velo was 77 MPH off a tee. Defensively- Active footwork and instincts to the ball. Infield velocity was 64 MPH with more in the tank. Will need to continue to work on footwork through the ball and working out in front; good base from which to grow.
