Showed a flat swing path with a two handed finish.  More flyballs than line drives and groundballs with a peak exit velocity of 87 MPH via Trackman.

Defensively: Starts with an upright /tall setup; static during pre-pitch while utilizing a quick first step. Hands are off to the side with a delay in transfer. Long arm swing from a standard 3/4 arm slot. OF - 76 MPH.

7/05/22

Physical: 5-foot-9, 146 pounds; Wiry, athletic build. 7.77 runner in the 60.

Offensively: LHH. Open setup, with feet just outside his shoulders; bat positioned at a 45 degree angle. Loads straight back with a moderate leg kick for timing. Stays behind the ball while showing an average effort from the legs. Showed a slight lift to the ball with a two handed finish.  More line drives than flyballs and groundballs with a peak exit velocity of 82 MPH via Trackman. Showed above average bat speed. Low effort lefty stroke with some natural tilt.

Defensively: Starts with a balanced setup; uses prep step while displaying fluid actions to the baseball. Hands are soft with a clean transfer. Long arm swing from a standard 3/4 arm slot.   INF - 77 MPH.  Smooth, athletic and aggressive defender.

Pitching: Uses a center rubber setup working primarily from the stretch. Mid chest leg drive with a slight lean over the belt. Has a moderate stride landing inline with the plate. Long arm swing while showing some scap load; standard 3/4 slot. Upright with finish. FB: Peak velo of 78 MPH, while sitting 76-78 MPH; arm side run. CB: 63-65 MPH; spots and expands. CH: 69-71 MPH; sinks.  High spin fastball. Above average spin on the curveball creating plus horizontal movement.

3/12/22

Physical: Long, lanky 5-foot-9, 146lb frame. 7.79 runner in the 60-yard dash.

Offensively: LHH. Bent, slightly open stance, as the hands operated up/down at the shoulder to begin. Utilized a leg-lift stride to initiate the swing through a flat, fluid path into the hitting zone. Some barrel-lag, able to hit hard line drives towards the middle of the field. Blocked off the front side, T81 mph bat-exit velocity.

Defensively: The third baseman got a lengthy frame under the ball with good hip bend, fielding with a tall glove off his left side. Funneled easily with clean transfer to throwing hand, accurate H ¾ slot (78 mph peak). Natural corner appeal defensively.

Pitching: RHP - Began from the stretch only with plenty of life in a full arm action. Got down the mound extremely well, fluidly with repeating parts of the delivery. FB ranged up to 77 mph at its best, mixing sharp 62-64 mph SL and commanded 68-70 mph straight CH.
