Physical: Durable, stocky 5-foot-8, 160-pound frame. 8.25 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: LHH. Pronounced, closed stance with higher hands to begin. Utilized a sweeping leg-kick stride to initiate his swing through a flat, whippy path into the hitting zone. Generated natural weight shift towards a stiff front side. Recorded a T80MPH EV and showed feel for the sweet spot, up to a 274FT batted ball distance. Mostly middle of the field approach.
Defensively: The catcher featured average receiving skills from a right-knee down stance. Pop times hovered between 2.08-2.13 with 69MPH arm-strength (H ¾). Quick transfers and gets the back leg in the ground out of a tall position.
Physical: 5-8, 160 pounds; Proportional, slight build. 8.01 runner in the 60.
Offensively: LHH. Closed setup, with feet just outside his shoulders; upright bat position. Short take back with the hands with an up and down stride for timing. Drifts into contact while showing an aggressive lower half. Showed a direct swing path with a late one hand finish. More line drives than flyballs and groundballs with a peak exit velocity of 82 MPH via Trackman.
Defensively: Starts with a balanced setup; utilizing a traditional primary position while staying in an elevated position. Hands are soft while standing up during transfer. Short take back from a high/over the top arm slot. 2.15-2.29 pop times. C - 69 MPH. Showed consistent throws around the base.
