Physical: Lengthy, projectable 6-foot-1, 191lb frame with athleticism found. 7.13 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: LHH - Balanced, crouched stance with easy rhythm in the hands above the shoulder. Utilized a short lift and replace stride initiating through a slightly uphill, fluid path into the hitting zone. Able to stay tilted over the rear hip, connecting both halves and driving through the RCF gap for extra-bases. Posted a T92 mph bat-exit velocity (via Trackman) en route to a near 30% line drive rate during his batting practice round. A strong top hand kept him level towards the finish, working up to a 280 foot batted ball distance at his peak. Recorded some of the better bat to ball skills per Blast Motion (80% on-plane efficiency) hinting at the ability to hit behind the baseball early out of the hand.
Defensively: The primary third baseman approached with methodical, low-pulse footwork, gaining ground with good technique and holding some rhythm/momentum over the front side. Released from a H ¾ slot after a glove tap, finding the target at T78 mph across the diamond. Able to move well to his glove hand side with the chance to turn his hips and finish off plays with strong throws.
