Physical: The St. Thomas Aquinas College commit stands a lengthy, athletic 5-foot-11, 175lbs with some arm talent on the bump.
Pitching: LHP - Started off the right side of the rubber featuring feel in a compact, repeatable delivery. Worked in-line down the slope, getting on top of a H ¾ slot and reaching down over the front-side at release. The FB ranged from 80-83 mph at T2112rpms, showing some arm-side run and ability to command to both sides at a near 50% zone rate (via Trackman). Mixed in a gradually biting 66-69 mph CB with consistent HM (8+ inches on average) and added a harder 73-76 mph SL as the strikeout offering. A 71-74 mph CH was then commanded greatly with fade available off the plate (100% zone rate). Three pitches typically in the zone with deception at times out of the hand.
Physical: Lean, athletic 5-foot-10, 160-pound frame with a feel for his body.
Pitching: LHP - Feel in the delivery with a controlled tempo showing repeatable actions. Arm worked athletically through a high ¾ arm-slot with a moderate takeaway. Fastball played in the zone at 78-80 mph with command and countered with a deceptive 71-75 mph CB displaying 1/7 shape. Mixed a quality 74-75 mph cutter inside to right handed hitters and dropped in a 72-73 mph CH at near fastball arm-speed. All pitches tunnelled extremely well with similar velocities keeping hitters off time.
