April 2018
Athletic R/R middle infielder with a deep, spread stance; low hand position. Explosive, short swing path into the zone with extension out in front. Only player that had consistent at-bats vs. Kelvin Marte; had a well stuck RBI double to deep right-center along with some deep flyouts. Above average defender; soft hands that play through the ball out in front; accurate arm with clean release. Uncommitted player that will play right away at the right program.
NY Games (June 25-27, 2017)
Athletic 5-foot-10, 175-pound infielder, ran a 7.69/60. Offensively - appropriate pre-pitch movement, lower body engagement, brings bat through strike zone on level path with an exit velocity of 84 MPH, consistent counter rotation between upper and lower body will produce added power. Defensively - active footwork, sure hands, smooth transition to throwing hand, changing release point to ¾ or lower ¾ will improve accuracy and current velocity of 81 MPH.

April 2017
Impressive glove man who was at 2B today but also can handle left side duties. Showed lateral range early with a nice back hand play up the middle but also ranged well to his glove side later in the game to take a hit away. Smooth actions, catches the ball out in front vs. funneling with accurate arm. Grinded out two walks and picked up an opposite field line drive RBI single in his 4th at-bat.
NY Games (June 25-27, 2017)
Winter Open (February 12, 2017)
Guadagno is a strong 5-foot-11 170 pound 3B who ran a 7.77 60 and a 4.63 home-to-1B. Offensively- Even set up in the box with hands tight to the body; controlled take back early with some twitch late, right before commitment. Some floating to the stride but lands even and lower half works aggressively. Stays on plane in the zone with a two-handed finish. Exit velocity off the tee peaked at 84 MPH. Pull side to middle of field line drive results; solid contact. Defensively- Upright setup; ranges well to his glove side. Over the top throwing motion with carry at 81 MPH. Projects well at 3B but could be an 2B/SS if footwork and footspeed improve. Solid all-around player.
