6/2/15
5-foot-9, 140-pound average build. From the infield he projects as a second base type. Does a good job fielding the ball out in front of his body with an average exchange. Throws from a short, 3/4 slot with 75 mph arm strength across the diamond. Right-handed hitter that starts open and gets to even. Starts his hands low with a little leg kick to load. Registered top exit velocity of 78 mph and was 4.29 down the line.
2/7/15
5-foot-8, 140-pound average build. From the infield he fields the ball stationary and on his heels. Average exchange and throws from a short, high-¾ slot with 76 mph arm strength across the diamond. Right-handed hitter that will use his speed to create offense. Starts slightly open with good load. Has a flat path and sprayed the ball during batting practice. Registered top exit velocity of 74 mph and ran a lightening 4.01 home to first.
6/16/14
5-foot-8, 140-pound thin build with plenty of room for added strength. Infielder, can improve footwork by being more aggressive playing through the baseball. Would like to see him improve on getting rid of the ball faster. He uses a short arm action from a ¾ slot with a top velocity of 75 mph. From the outfield, I would like to see him create more of a crow hop to help aid in strength and carry on throws. He uses a short arm action reaching a top velocity of 79 mph on his throws. Offensively, he starts with his weight more towards his back leg, doesn’t use a hand trigger, uses a small leg kick to help with power. Contact type hitter is short and to the ball reaching a top exit velocity of 76 mph. From home to first base he ran a 4.59.
