6/4/13
6-foot-4, 210-pound southpaw that recently committed to West Virginia. Uses quick arm speed through high ¾ arm slot. Delivery requires regular effort. Lower half tends to open early creating some command issues. Fastball reached up to 87 mph. showed a 65-67 mph breaking ball and a 75-77 mph changeup thrown near fastball arm speed. Has great potential if he can find repeatability in his delivery.

2/10/13
6-foot-4, 210-pound lefty. Has good mound presence along. Deliberate no windup delivery. Shows balance and arm extension. Arm works well with moderate arm speed through 3/4 arm slot. Displays good feel of three pitches and maintains in stretch motion as well. Fastball velocity ranged 86-88 mph with some sink and run action. Curve ball had slurvey type action at 69-71 mph. Had good arm action on change up with occasional movement (74-78 mph).

10/28/12
6-foot-3, 210-pound southpaw. Has made great strides since we last saw him in the late summer. Delivery is much more repeatable. Strong body hurler who should be a D-1 prospect. No windup but uses balanced delivery. Has moderate, loose arm speed through 3/4 arm slot. Fastball shows some late life in zone, ranging 83-86 mph. Has slurvy type breaker with some depth (72-73 mph). Changeup has some cut action and occasional sink (77-80 mph).

7/17/12
6-foot-3, 215-pound southpaw. Displays raw potential at this stage. Throws from a low ¾ to ¾ arm slot. Uses a slow, deliberate rhythm to his delivery. Needs to improve overall repeatability of delivery, which could be aided by speeding up his lower half. Fastball sits 80-84 mph with some cut. His curveball fluctuates between 70-75 mph and shows a small 1/7 bite to it. His changeup stays between 75-77 mph but is thrown near fastball arm speed.
