Fisher is a tall, thin kid with lengthy limbs. His arm acts as a whip but has short arm action that goes through a high ¾ slot. He throws an 77-80 mph two-seam that showed above average movement arm side.  His changeup is hard and has slight drop to it at 74-75 mph. His curveball was thrown at 67 mph and had 11/5 break to it. Fisher will benefit from being more explosive with his lower half and as he continues to mature. In the outfield has good actions with an efficient breakdown Definite instincts present with feel for the position. Transitions smoothly into throws through coming from over the top slot. A righty swinger that starts in a balanced stance. Load is simple but efficient. Nice, balanced launch with a slightly uphill path through the zone. Showed feel for squaring up the baseball with easy lift. Both strength and bat speed grade out as above average tools. Very solid round of BP.
60-yard dash: 7.1
Outfield Velocity: 77
Exit Velocity: 82

A right-handed hitter that starts in an athletic setup. Moves hands slightly back during his short stride forward. Swing is compact and efficient. Bat speed and strength are slightly above average presently, but looks to have much more maturing to do physically. Look for any added strength to easily translate to added pop. Showed feel for the barrel, consistently producing line drives. Solid young hitter. From the outfield, he approaches the ball with mechanically sound footwork. Releases from a 3/4 slot with a longer action. Throws were consistently on a line to the plate with developing arm speed. On the mound the righty has a slower paced tempo to a delivery that requires some effort. Goes with a high leg lift prior to his drop and drive load. Lands on line to home plate at foot strike with his momentum taking him towards home plate at finish. Arm is long with some looseness to it. Works through a high-3/4 slot with above average arm speed. Fastball was mostly true through the zone with slight arm side run and occasional cut. Breaking ball works on a 11/5 plane with some tightness to it. The pitch has enough depth and action to it to miss barrels. Also showed solid feel in a changeup, that had similar action as his fastball.

6-foot, 160-pound projectable body frame. In the outfield he has good footwork while approaching the baseball and is able to consistently field ground balls on his glove side. Would like to see him incorporate more of a crow hop to aid throws. Throws with a clean arm action through an upper ¾ slot while reaching a velocity of 76 mph from the outfield. A right-handed hitter that starts in a balanced setup. Hands move back while staying fluid during his short stride forward. A contact type guy that takes a level path to the baseball. Showed impressive pop to the opposite field. Has feel for the barrel and has a top of the lineup look to him. On the mound he throws with regular effort to his delivery. Has a straight up and down leg lift, landing in a straight line at foot strike and finishes with his momentum carrying in good direction toward home plate. Throws with quick arm speed through a ¾ slot. The fastball is thrown between 73-77 mph. His curveball has mostly gradual break to it at an 11/5 plane between 62-63 mph. The changeup is thrown at fastball arm speed and has some tailing action to it between 67-70 mph.
