12/2/18 On the mound Harris throws from a low ¾ arm slot. He shows a simple, repeatable delivery. He has some drop and drive elements to his delivery while he is still able to create some deception. His fastball was 71-74 mph with some sink and fade to the arm side when down in the zone. At its best his breaking ball showed a slurvey type action while sitting 61-63 mph. He also threw a changeup that was 65-67 mph with some tumbling action to it.
1/24/16 5-foot-7, 150-pound small build. A left-handed hitter that starts in athletic stance with the majority of his weight on his back leg. Does a good job of transferring weight into contact. Bat tends to get flat a little early causing it to drag at times. Exit velocity was 61 mph and he ran a 5.31 from home to first. At first base he showed the ability to move well around the bag. Funnels the ball into his body and showed 64 mph arm strength across the diamond from a low ¾ slot. On the mound he shows good direction to the plate landing on line at foot strike and finishing square to the plate. Throws from a sidearm slot with average arm speed. Fastball sits 62-65 mph. Curveball sits 55-56 mph with a sweeping action across the zone.
