Daniel Patch: RHP/1B, (2023) Fort Recovery, OH. 6-foot-6, 250-pound physical frame. On the mound, had a loose arm action and a high ¾ arm angle with good arm speed. Slow-tempo type pitcher who uses easy effort. Showed a strong balance point. Produced a fastball that came in at 79-81 mph; shows running action and arm side command. His 11/5 curveball (67-70) showed plus action. His changeup (73-75) showed arm side control and fading action.
Scouting Notes: Definite arm to follow with upside. 6-foot-6, 2023 who moves well considering his length. Fastball sat in the upper 70s, topping at 80mph with signs of more to come. Also drops in a nice little wrinkle of a breaking ball.
Fastball: 78-81mph.
