1/30/18

A young southpaw with a ton of physical projection left on his 6-foot-1 frame. Delivery has some funk to it, creating deception for hitters. Arm action is shorter through an over the top slot. Can repeat his delivery and creates solid direction. Stuff is above average but will need to be in the zone more often with all offerings. Fastball stays mostly true through the zone at 78-80 mph. Spins the 1/7 shaped breaking ball well, giving it tight action at 59-61 mph. Does a nice job maintaining arm speed on his 64-66 mph changeup.
