7/17/18 Left-handed pitching prospect in the 2020 class. Fluid, easy delivery that he can repeat. Rolls through a waist high leg lift into his load/stride down the mound. Creates good direction and finished towards home plate. Fastball comes out easy and stays mostly true through the zone at 74-75 mph. Tosses the breaker with feel and confidence. The pitch moves on a 2/8 plane with a slurvish look at 63-64 mph. Strike thrower. Like his ability to compete in the zone just needs to add some velocity and gain a little bit more feel for the changeup to make him more effective against righties.

Works efficiently down the mound landed slightly closed at foot strike. Short clean arm action. Ball comes through a high ¾ slot with some deception. Fastball ranges from 72-77 mph with ability to be thrown to both sides of the plate. Curveball is 1/7 breaking ball with gradual break at 61-66 mph. Change was mixed in at 66-68 mph. Fills up the zone with each of the offerings.
1/28/17 5-foot-7, 138-pound thin frame. The left-hander has room to grow physically. Works at a quick pace with a compact and balanced delivery. Has good direction towards the plate, landing slightly open at foot contact. Fastball comes out of a high ¾ slot. The pitch has late arm side run and was thrown for strikes at 70-72 mph. His curveball shows some depth with 2/8 shape at 62-64 mph. He also showed a 63-64 mph changeup that has cutting action. At the plate he starts in a balanced setup. Hands stay simple during his short stride forward. Swing is short and compact with some quickness to his bat. Type of the lineup type guy who found the barrel often in batting practice. Showed the ability to produce line drives to both sides of the field. From the outfield, he throws through a ¾ to high ¾ slot. Consistently plays through the baseball. Uses a crow hop. Showed some softness in his hands and ability to adjust to the bad hop. Footwork gets timid at times. Needs to play with confidence through the ball.
