Hit: One of the top bats of the day. Easy burst through the zone with all field abilities. Landed on balls to pull side in BP.
Power: Ball jumps, natural backspin.
Offensive Projection: Run producer.
Max Exit BP Exit Velocity: 94mph.
Max BP Distance: 362ft.
Field: Solid defender. Hands work with athletic actions. Plays with regular rhythm.
Throw: Arm is a big time tool.
Defensive Projection: Left side of infield.

Scouting Notes: One of the top two-way prospects in the state. Athletic, easier delivery with a fastball that will sit regularly in the upper 80s. Fastball dominant repertoire but also mixed in a tight breaker and playable changeup.
Fastball: 87-88 mph.

2/16/20 Position Player
Hit: Athletic setup in the box with a slight uphill path through the zone. Has natural lift with the ability to hit gaps.
Power: 91 mph exit velocity off the tee. Easy gap abilities.
Offensive Projection: middle of the lineup.
Field: Active feet in the infield allowing him to beat the ball to the spot. Impressive arm acrossing the infield at 91 mph. Also shows good
glove abilities. 
Throw: 91 mph across the infield.
Defensive Projection: SS. 

2/16/20 Pitching
Delivery Notes: Really nice fluid mechanics allowing the ball to jump out of his hand at the last minute surprising hitters. Gets the most out of his legs allowing his upper body to flow free and easy. Topped at 89 mph but we might see more from him as he gets stronger. Will be one of the most followed arms this spring/summer.
Fastball: Topped at 89 mph, late life through the zone.
Curveball: Between 68-72 mph, hard down action.
Changeup: 74-77 mph, quality pitch at times.


2/9/20 Pitching
Delivery Notes: Mixed tempo delivery with an explosive burst. Gets into his lower half really well. Short arm action through a ¾ slot. Athletic, good mover on the mound.
Fastball:  Ball jumps out of the hand. Has some downhill action with late arm side movement.
Fastball Spin Rate: 2100-2180
Curveball: 11/5 shape with gradual break average depth. Solid offering.
Curveball Spin Rate: 2230-2260.
Changeup: Appears to have developed a really solid third pitch. Changeup offers some late fade and thrown with good arm speed. 

2/9/20 Position Player
Hit: Athletic setup, smooth loading sequence. Hands are quiet and move through the zone well. Level path through the zone creates natural lift. Clean mechanics at the plate.
Power: Present pull side power. Noticeable jump off the bat.
Offensive Projection: Middle of the lineup.
Top Rapsodo BP Exit Velocity: 87 mph.
Top Rapsodo BP Distance:  340 ft.
Field: Smooth and under control. Feet work well around the ball creating positive momentum. Accurate arm.
Throw: Above average arm strength. Balls comes out of the hand very well.
Defensive Projection: left side of the infield.


Body Type: 5-foot-11, 175-pound athletic frame.
Mechanical/Delivery Notes: Athletic presence on the mound with fluid, efficient movement patterns. Arm is on time and he creates separation at foot strike. Everything works well.
Fastball: 84-86 mph. Lower spin rate guy that creates consistent movement late in the zone. 1500-1700 rpms with low 90s spin efficiency.
Curveball: 68-70 mph. Spins an 11/5 shaped breaking ball with big action. Above average offering for class that should continue to tighten up as he matures.
Pitchability: Strike thrower.

Swing Mechanics: Balanced stance with quieter hands during his double tap timing trigger.
Hit: Very physical swing with bat speed to match. Took the top BP of his group, driving the ball with authority and showing the ability to lift the ball naturally.
Power: 90.5 off the bat in BP. Impressive jump with easy gap abilities.
Offensive Projection: Run Producer.
Field: In the infield he plays low and under control in his approach. Feet are fluid and ball skills appear to be above average for class.
Throw: 3/4 right-hander. Ball comes out easy with accuracy. Should see easy strength gains down the road.
Defensive Projection: Left side of infield.
Additional Comments: Multi hit day, hammering a double off the LCF wall in game.   


A righty swinger that gets things going with a double tap timing trigger. Hands stay simple prior to launch before accelerating the barrel through the zone on a slightly uphill path. Drove the ball well in BP with natural lift and backspin. Up the middle of the infield he plays with quick feet and can create angles. Ball skills are above average for class, showing middle infielder hands. Shorter arm action with developing strength across the infield.

Scouting Report: 5-foot-10, 155-pound projectable body frame. The infielder approaches ground balls with good, efficient footwork. Fields the ball out in front of his body and offers quickness to his release. Throws with a clean arm action through a ¾ slot recording a top velocity of 69 mph across the infield. Right-handed hitter who has quickness to his hands. Starts from a wide base using a little toe tap as a timing mechanism. Hands stay mostly quiet with minimal load. He showed the ability to use the whole field during his round of batting practice. Recorded a top exit velocity of 80 mph and ran a 7.25 60-yard dash.
