2/9/20 Position Player Hit: At the plate Gagich shows a fairly simple weight shift for his load from a wider than average stance once he gets his foot down. Shows natural lift to his swing and creates good leverage out front on the ball. Keeps his barrel through the zone well and does show some pull tendencies. Power: 87 mph exit velocity. Offensive Projection: Shows present gap to gap potential and swing may be conducive power if he can develop the raw strength. Field: In the infield he showed some choppy rhythm with average feet. Seemed a little stiff with his movements at times but still seemed to trust his glove. Arm action showed a bit of a hitch in the backside at times. Throw: 80 mph across the diamond. Defensive Projection: TBD
