Started in a balanced quiet stance with a quick load, then used a controlled stride. Bat speed is quick, has a loose uphill swing plane and high finish. Solid while in the infield, registered his best throw across the diamond at 83 mph; has sure hands, a natural exchange, and consistent feet. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic. Showed a high ¾ slot and a quick arm action. On the mound, showing some arm speed he used a compact arm action with a high ¾ arm angle. Drop-and-drive type pitcher who uses some effort. Has slight running action. (Max spin 1955; Avg 1684). Throws a 11/5 curveball with gradual action. (Max spin 1934; Avg 1799). Shows late action on his 10/4 slider. (Max spin 1828; Avg 1779).
