Very interesting bat that took a loud BP. A physically built kid with well above average strength and bat speed through the zone. Hands can get tied up at times but barrel has some authority when he gets extended. Drove the ball all over the yard in BP. Run producer type bat. At first base he has an ideal frame with above average athleticism for the spot. Ball skills are more than adequate with more range off the bag than most. Solid defender.

An infield prospect in the 2019 class. Ran a 7.63 60-yard dash. Liked what I saw in the box. Load is athletic and generates solid energy into contact. Launches with intent and barrel turns in the middle of his body giving his swing natural loft. Upper half path draws comparisons to Justin Turner. Showed gap to gap pop and is a candidate to grow into loft power as he adds strength. Top exit velocity was 81 mph. Frame fits the first base position. Plays off the bag with controlled, fluid footwork. Fields the ball into the middle of his body and uses an inward turn to square himself to second base. Showed 69 mph arm strength across the diamond.

A right-handed hitter that starts in a balanced setup. Uses a very high leg kick to get things started. Hands stay mostly loose as they go to launch. Path is very uphill with solid strength through contact. Swing plays best to the opposite field. Would like to see him level out path to let his well above average natural tools go to work. A good athlete around the bag at first base. Plays fast but stays under control. Glove skills are above average at this stage.
